My wife and I have worked with Bill Dippo on two different occasions, Selling a property with a home and acreage in Spicewood, and Buying a home in Lakeway, Texas. In both transactions, Bill went above and beyond what we expected to get the job done. The Spicewood home was a second home on the Lake and during our absences a raccoon had moved into the attic. He successfully (and humanely) trapped the critter and released him elsewhere. Bill also dealt with HOA concerns that were very unclear and septic issues involving the LCRA. Not to mention, his time spent moving furniture and staging the house for its best presentation. Kudos to Bill for his professionalism and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
